Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital products and subscriptions

Univenture Studio sells digital software products and subscriptions. Access begins after purchase or subscription activation, depending on the product and payment provider.

Cancellations

Subscriptions can be cancelled through the platform where the subscription was started, such as Apple, Google, Stripe, or a product account page when available. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.

Refund requests

If a product does not work as described or you believe you were charged in error, contact support with the purchase email, product name, charge date, and a short description of the issue. We review refund requests in good faith.

App store purchases

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play may need to be refunded through the relevant app store process because those platforms control billing and refund workflows.

Disputes

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate and help resolve the issue quickly.
